MyQuebecuncle has now been dreaming for several years to come hunting big games (mostly elk or mountain goats) in B.C. orAlberta. Where to start to help make his dream a reality?

Here’s a few questions:

-          When are the hunting seasons for elk and mountain goat?

-          Which permits would he need?

-          How much it would cost overall for not being a BC resident?

-          Is there any existing exchange programs between interprovincial outifitters or outifitter associations to facilitate hunting exchanges and reduce costs both ways?

My uncle is running a small scale black bear, moose and fishing outifiting business inQuebecand would be more than happy to find a BC exchange partner in the months or years to come.
